Barbara DiCianno

Barbara was born and raised in Philadelphia and started serving her neighborhood at a young age by delivering the daily newspaper to their front doors, rain or shine.

She started in the Real Estate business in 1988 as a Licensed Sales Agent and Home Appraiser and has been a resident of King of Prussia since 1997.

Her previous job as a legal assistant after high school instilled a hard working ethic and a strong attention to detail.

Throughout her career, she's encountered all the different scenarios and varying market conditions while working throughout all the six main counties in south eastern PA: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.

She's had years of involvement with bankers, builders, insurance companies, and the Section 8 Housing Authority rental program. And decades of appraising homes, she sees more than meets the eye when walking her clients through a home for the first time.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband of 30+ years, spending time with family and friends and practicing Kundalini yoga.
